I absolutely love these air diffusers! I have one upstairs and one downstairs, and they make my home smell amazing. The scents are so much nicer and stronger than the ones you buy in the shops, and the fragrance lasts really well. I'm so happy with them and would definitely recommend! ❤️

I really love this diffuser, it has made a real difference to my life (sounds dramatic) but I struggle with chronic fatigue and pain and as a result of that I’m at home quite a lot. The scents make me feel happy and relaxed, definitely indulging in a little self care and inner peace!… highly recommend mimosa and cardamom as well as sage and sea salt. This said, I’m working my way through so many Devine scents and enjoying every experience! Well done guys, you have a long term customer…. Oh and finally, the customer service is fabulous, I had a personal response and this made me feel like a person not a number x

Excellent customer service
We got really fed up with diffusers and even more after spending too much money on high street electrical diffusers that do almost other than being decorative so we wanted an industrial solution and were hoping that we would find a pretty one that goes with our white/black/red interior. Luckily we found magnifiscent. Nor knowing how it would work out with our space we got the twin pack and some scents. Took a while to figure out a spot and there it is. Doing a brilliant job in our living kitchen

🍃 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Magnifiscent Monolith – An Excellent Product, Complemented by Outstanding Customer Service Having recently purchased the Magnifiscent Monolith diffuser, I wanted to share my experience, not only regarding the product itself but also my dealings with the company throughout the purchasing process. The Monolith – Design, Quality and Performance First impressions have been extremely positive. The Monolith is a beautifully designed diffuser with a premium appearance that complements a modern home. It looks stylish, feels substantial and certainly doesn’t need to be hidden away. The diffuser itself is straightforward to operate, and I particularly appreciate the flexibility it provides in controlling fragrance intensity and scheduling operating times. This allows me to programme it around our family’s daily routine, ensuring the house smells welcoming without unnecessarily consuming fragrance oil throughout the day. I selected the Opulent Escape fragrance, and I’m extremely pleased with my choice. It produces a lovely, sophisticated scent that creates a pleasant atmosphere throughout the home. Perhaps the best endorsement came from my family. On returning home, family members independently commented on how lovely the house smelled. That was precisely the effect I wanted to achieve: a welcoming, luxurious fragrance that is noticeable without being overpowering. Technology and App Functionality – Some Room for Improvement Although I’m very pleased with the Monolith, there are a couple of areas where I believe the user experience could be improved. Firstly, the initial setup and subsequent scheduling appear to require two separate applications. While the process is manageable, it would be far more convenient if everything could be controlled through one integrated app. Secondly, I’ve noticed what appears to be a scheduling discrepancy relating to British Summer Time. For example, when I programme the diffuser to operate between 1pm and 2pm, it actually operates between 2pm and 3pm. My suspicion is that the software isn’t correctly accounting for the current daylight-saving time adjustment. It will be interesting to see whether this resolves itself when the clocks return to GMT. These aren’t major criticisms, but they are worth mentioning because the ability to schedule the diffuser efficiently is one of its most useful features. Hopefully, these are areas Magnifiscent can refine through future software updates. Customer Service – A Particular Thank You to Christine and the Team I also wanted to take the opportunity to recognise the customer service I received, particularly from Christine and the wider Magnifiscent team. My purchase involved a slightly unusual situation concerning an original pre-order promotion. I had been ready to purchase the Monolith while the promotional offer was available, but wanted to sample the fragrances before committing to a 500ml bottle. By the time I had selected my preferred fragrance, the original promotion had ended. I contacted Magnifiscent to explain the circumstances and ask whether they would consider honouring the original offer. This resulted in several exchanges with the customer service team, who took the time to review my circumstances and discuss the matter internally. Ultimately, the owners agreed to honour the original promotional price of £359.20, including the Monolith and 500ml fragrance oil. There was subsequently some additional correspondence regarding the complimentary promotional items. Although this required further clarification, what impressed me was the company’s willingness to engage constructively and investigate the matter rather than simply dismiss my concerns. Christine remained professional, courteous and helpful throughout the process. Importantly, when it became apparent that I had misunderstood one aspect of the original promotion, I acknowledged my oversight and apologised. I believe fairness and transparency should work both ways, and it’s only right to recognise when a company has correctly clarified something. Magnifiscent also agreed to supply the outstanding complimentary portable diffuser and offered me a choice of models, which I genuinely appreciated. For me, excellent customer service isn’t necessarily about everything going perfectly from the outset. It’s about how a company responds when questions arise, whether it listens to its customers and whether it demonstrates a genuine commitment to finding a fair resolution. On that basis, Christine and the wider team deserve considerable credit. Overall Verdict – A Very Positive Experience I’m extremely pleased with my Monolith purchase. The diffuser looks fantastic, is easy to operate and has already made a noticeable difference to the atmosphere in our home. Opulent Escape is a wonderful fragrance, and the positive comments from my family have reinforced that this was a worthwhile investment. There are some improvements I’d welcome regarding the app experience and scheduling functionality, but these are relatively minor points compared with the overall quality and performance of the product. Equally importantly, my experience with Magnifiscent has demonstrated that the company is prepared to listen, investigate concerns and work towards satisfactory outcomes. A particular thank you to Christine and the entire Magnifiscent team for their patience, professionalism and assistance throughout. Would I recommend the Magnifiscent Monolith? Absolutely. Would I purchase from Magnifiscent again? Yes, without hesitation, based on my experience to date. A well-deserved five stars, with a few constructive suggestions that I hope the company will take on board. 🍃 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the smell of these diffusers Everyone comments on the smell. I use Elegant Retest on both my Zenplugs I have them on a timer which I control with my phone so I can give them I little boost if I wish Perfect

The Lumamax caught my attention, Why ? It looked well built and was in my opinion expensive, more expensive than many other makes / brands i had purchased over the years. I thought that a premium diffuser wasn't possible. I was wrong ! When it arrived i unpacked it and instantly became aware of the solid mass and weight of this product. Its premium made, i certainly know because i am in the Air Conditioning trade and i specify only quality air conditioning products. This is certainly good value for money. The first scent i am using is the KARMA scent. A small 20ml test bottle. The scent is quality, its a premium scent, smells great in my house even on setting 1. I cant wait to try the other scents. If you are sitting on the fence looking at this product and thinking - Is it worth the price tag ? - I an assure you it certainly is - you wont be disappointed. The App timer / output control, is simple and easy to use - its all you need to set up a daily routine. Just leave it to work its wonders. Brian - The Fresh Air Company.

Great idea but I find it rather expensive the oils dont fill diffuser far. So dont use as often as I would like. Lovely neat design but wish oils were more better priced.
Your scents have a beautiful smell to them although only just started opuient escape makes my lounge smell lovely I’ve had a few friends comment on it. I’ve also recommended one of my friends to buy from you which he has even he is impressed. I bought the Lumamax in black. What a diffuser! Superb build quality, don’t hear it running and best of all is the actual smell. I have been running it for four days since I bought it and it’s amazing. I have already told three friend when they came around for dinner and all have since purchased one. Myself and my two eighteen year old boys love it. We are a house of 3 guys so we went for the Creed! Wow it’s good! Best of all it’s a British brand! Well done to the founder and all at MagnifiScent.
