Setting up your electric diffuser with our oils is simple and quick. Just unscrew the oil cap on any of our 50/150ml oil bottles, remove the plastic dropper and pour the oil into the pre-supplied bottle if paired with the ZenPlug. We got really fed up with diffusers and even more after spending too much money on high street electrical diffusers that do almost other than being decorative so we wanted an industrial solution and were hoping that we would find a pretty one that goes with our white/black/red interior. Luckily we found magnifiscent. Nor knowing how it would work out with our space we got the twin pack and some scents. Took a while to figure out a spot and there it is. Doing a brilliant job in our living kitchen

Great idea but I find it rather expensive the oils dont fill diffuser far. So dont use as often as I would like.
Lovely neat design but wish oils were more better priced.
After trying a range of diffusers and candles with limited results,we decided to give the magnifiscent waterless system a try.
We ordered a Zen plug bundle with various hotel scents,so far we are very impressed with the results, the Westin hotel inspired scent does resemble the iberostar lanzarote park lobby scent.

Excellent product. Worth the money. Ypu control it with an app by Bluetooth and you can have it set to different strengths and set how often it goes off. Can even set between what times if the day on particular days it's on for and have different modes for different days. Amazing, cannot fault it.
Ordered a long time ago with a deal they emailed me about, then was told they actually didn’t have any in stock and I’d have to wait, also told me I’d get a free gift as an apology for the wait

It eventually showed up, no apology gift so just payed for a postage standard that wasn’t met, with no refund or anything
Sorry email was nice though, as is the product, I do like this company and I like the products
But at this luxury price point I’d expect things to say “out of stock” when they are indeed… out of stock
And I’d also like if promises of products to make up for errors to be kept, other then that, great as always!
Great diffuser but very disappointed with the oils.
I feel it is a case of over promise and under deliver unfortunately. I purchased the Timeless Reverie oil with it.
Great if you are standing right next to it when it discharges you wouldn't notice it. Failing that the scent vanishes very quickly.
It doesn't mask any other smells at all and has a limited range for smell. Despite trying various settings via the App it it still poor.
This wasn't cheap for a diffuser. Makes me wonder whether I would have been better off just sticking with cheaper alternatives which produce the fragrance 24 hours a day.

It’s unusual scents are very nice people comment when they come as to how lovely the house smells
I ordered 2 plug-in diffusers. They look smart in black (although I would prefer the night-light not to be orange).
Once I had set up on the App, controlling them was easy. I’m still playing around with timings and settings to find out what is perfect for me. I also ordered the Discovery set of scents. I’ve tried 2 and both are nice, but they don’t blow me away. I have 4 more to try.
At first glance the price of buying the scents looks quite high, but I guess that depends on how long they last - which I have yet to find out

Wow.. what an amazing product only downside is the length of the zen plug in. Wanted it to go in my media wall but it's to long.. wish the plug on the back could be on a slider so you can move it to make it shorter. But other than works fantastic after a message then a facetime off Ban the owner and then a WhatsApp conversation, when she was out with her family, she made time for me as I was a bit frustrated I couldn't get it to work. Only delivered an hour ago. I like the look of the diffuser. I would change the colour of the night light (it is orange).
The diffuser is a bit noisy in the phase when it produces scent.

I honestly can’t recommend Magnificent enough. I’ve now bought four plug-ins, the Luma Max diffuser and the Monolith, and I’ve been seriously impressed with everything.
The Monolith is absolutely amazing – the coverage is unreal! I genuinely wasn’t expecting it to perform as well as it does. The oils are incredible too; they smell premium, last brilliantly and give you that proper luxury hotel scent throughout the house.
The customer service has also been absolutely on point. I had an issue setting up my Luma Max, and Buzz was brilliant in helping me get it sorted. It actually turned out to be 100% my own error during setup, but Buzz was incredibly helpful and patient and made sure everything was working perfectly.
From the quality of the diffusers and the amazing oils to the customer support, I genuinely can’t fault Magnificent.
Absolutely brilliant company, brilliant products and brilliant service. I can’t recommend them enough! 10/10.

Didn’t even realise there was an app to control for these diffusers makes them even better. The subtle night light when it gets dark has added an extra cosy touch too.
Such a great item for home scent. The smell spreads throughout the whole house & the app to set how much scent is dispersed makes it so customizable. So easy to use without water or fuss.
Love that the diffuser is programmable via the app. The oil I’ve tried smells like a lovely spa and fills the hall and stairs with fragrance. The diffuser arrived quickly and safely.
I’m looking forward to trying the other fragrances and I was so pleased with this diffuser I ended up making another purchase, the luma max, which arrived today and it’s superb!
