Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Magnifiscent. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. 12-Month Warranty

All electronic products purchased from Magnifiscent come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and issues arising under regular use.
What’s Not Covered: Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or damage caused by external factors such as liquid spills, drops, or electrical surges.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

⚠️ Important Exclusion: Oils that have been opened or used cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety regulations. Diffusers that have been used are only returnable under warranty if a genuine fault is confirmed.

Eligibility

Oils

  • Sealed, unused oils may be returned within 30 days.

  • Opened or used oils are strictly non-returnable.

  • Sample oils: Final sale. Non-returnable and non-refundable.

Diffusers

  • Unused: Eligible for change-of-mind returns.

  • Opened/Used (Non-Faulty): Returnable but subject to cleaning and processing fees (see Return Fees).

  • Faulty: Covered under warranty with no fees.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@magnifiscentonline.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

    • For faulty or warranty-approved returns, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.

    • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. Alternatively, we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and components included. Returns received with missing parts, incomplete accessories, or damaged packaging may incur additional refurbishment or replacement charges.

  4. Send the item back as instructed.

  5. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the return and confirm the final outcome.

4. Return Fees

These fees apply per return and are in addition to any shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Unused, change-of-mind: £10 restocking fee (return shipping at customer’s expense)

  • Used diffuser (no oils inside): £20 cleaning & refurbishment fee

  • Used diffuser (oils left inside): £25 processing & cleaning fee

  • Missing parts / incomplete packaging: Additional charge of up to £30 depending on the replacement cost of missing items or packaging

  • Faulty / warranty return: No fees apply and return shipping is fully covered

5. Refunds

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

6. Exchanges

For exchanges due to a fault or to switch to a different model, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

7. Warranty Claims (After 30 Days)

If your product develops a fault after the 30-day return window but within the 12-month warranty period:

  • Email sales@magnifiscentonline.com with your order number, name, and a description of the issue.

  • Depending on the circumstances, we will either repair the item or provide a replacement with a new or refurbished unit. If your model is no longer available, a suitable alternative will be provided.

8. Exceptions

  • Oils and other consumables are non-returnable once opened.

  • Free returns apply only to faulty or warranty-approved items within mainland UK.

  • Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original condition with complete packaging and accessories.
