Questions, answered
Is it really waterless?
Yes. The Monolith uses twin fluid cold air nebulisation, so it diffuses pure fragrance oil with no water and no heat. You fill it with oil, never water, and the scent reaches the room exactly as it was composed.
How large a space will it cover?
Up to 18,000 sq ft at full output, which suits whole homes, open plan living and commercial spaces. In a smaller room you simply turn the intensity down.
Can I control how strong the scent is?
Yes. There are twenty intensity grades, from a barely there whisper to a bold, room filling scent, plus adjustable timing so you decide how often it runs.
Do I need the app?
Yes. The Monolith is controlled through its app over Bluetooth. The button on the unit powers it on and off, while intensity, scheduling and everything else are set in the app, so you will want it paired to get the most from it.
How is it powered?
It runs from the mains using the included adapter. It is built to sit in one place and run continuously rather than be carried around.
Which oils does it use?
Any of our Magnifiscent fragrance oils. The one litre tank means you refill far less often than a typical diffuser.
Can it be wall mounted?
Yes. Stand it on a surface, place it on the floor, or wall mount it, whichever suits the space.
Is there a warranty?
Every Monolith comes with our 12 month warranty. Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
