I absolutely love this diffuser! It looks beautiful, is really easy to use and makes the whole room smell amazing. The scent is lovely without being too overpowering, and it creates such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s also quiet while running, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.

A master class in customer service, from the communication to the receipt of my purchases, the owner and her team bent over backwards to get my order to me in time for my open house. I purchased a LumaMax tower and a wall pod,and boy did my house smell fabulous, wherever you went the aroma was present, in a good way not overpowering, but just gorgeous. And the oils I purchased will last ages. I have two huge Dogue de Bordeaux dogs that can leave their presence behind, but Magnifiscent put a stop to that. I purchased this beauty after I bought to zen plugs . I realised that my living area was way to big for just the zen plug . So I decided to purchase this lumamax, was I disappointed maybe a little bit but only for a slight minor thing, which ban the owner took time out to call me personally. After a good conversation we resolved the problem and it made a big difference. Yes it was expensive but I love to purchase things that make me happy. It is a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law although I can smell outside the package I have yet to smell it once it’s been in a diffuser. Her birthday is in September 17 and I hope she’s going to be very surprised because she told me about one store that uses this, and then every time she goes in, it reminds her of being outdoors and with her grandfather, so I thought I’d get this for her.

I ordered 2 plug-in diffusers. They look smart in black (although I would prefer the night-light not to be orange). Once I had set up on the App, controlling them was easy. I’m still playing around with timings and settings to find out what is perfect for me. I also ordered the Discovery set of scents. I’ve tried 2 and both are nice, but they don’t blow me away. I have 4 more to try. At first glance the price of buying the scents looks quite high, but I guess that depends on how long they last - which I have yet to find out
I emailed you the same day to explain what happened and I haven't heard from anyone since which is a little disappointing. I would like to return it please in exchange for another scent - Im happy to pay postage .
