Fast Delivery, Good Communication so I knew what was going on. In relation to the Diffuser it works well and gives off nice Perfume. The Bluetooth works well. The Blue Lights on the Diffuser which indicates the Status, Mode etc are a little difficult to see in daylight and perhaps a different Colour would be better.
What can I say the ZenDuo is on another level, it’s absolutely fantastic, I’m able to switch between my two favourite oils Cultskin and White Pepperwood, the house smells amazing. Thank you Ban x

Absolutely Obsessed with this Company! After purchasing the Zen Plug in, which is at the top of my stairs in the hall, I fell in love immediately! So couldn't wait to order the Zen Duo and OMG! A whole new level of diffusing this Companys Beautiful Oils!!! The machine is very quiet and scents the room in no time! I am totally in love and hooked on these scents!!! The added bonus is being able to set the timers and scent strength with the Bluetooth App. Please! Please! Magnifiscent, Do not adjust your oils or make them weaker as some Companies do. The Duo is a massive step forward in terms of design. Being able to load it up with your 2 favourite scents is great. I would also add that this is probably the quietest of all the diffusers offered on the site IMHO. The tech needs to drive a small pump, which is why none of them are silent. The Duo though seems to make the least noise. The app is okay at best. The reason for knocking off 1 ⭐ is that you cannot control which scent is used for each set time, you have to manually change L or R. You can change the selection in the app so why can't you set a time for L and then a time for R. I am guessing the app development is not in your control, if it is, then please make that change in a future release.

Magnifiscent has completely destroyed any chance of me being casual about home fragrance. I already own all the diffusers in duplicate and triplicate, which is usually the sort of detail shared at an intervention. My house smells so good that guests walk in and start looking around like I’ve hired a private scent consultant. At this point, I want everything Magnifiscent sells. Why merely welcome guests when you can quietly intimidate them with fragrance?
It works really well
Got my Zenduo yesterday, and I was surprised at how small it is, but I mean that in a good way because although it's actually quite nice to look at, it doesn't over take a room. It's nice to the touch, not plastic and cheap looking. The bottles are easy to fill and place into the unit, the default settings will be way too much for most people I think. I changed all mine on the app so that it does 5sec bursts every 3 mins, a bigger choice of settings would be the only thing I'd change, although with some time taken, it's easy to set 3 or 4 or all 5 of the 5 work modes, I have 3 set, each for an hour and that is more than enough to leave a nice smell around the place all day. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to keep a nice consistant smell going around their home, office, garden shed lol..... Lastly, I'd just like to give a big up to Buzz, he answered all my questions, made sure my order went through without the mistakes I added haha and he has a great sense of humour, thank you for making it a fun experience :-)

Was brought this as a gift and have been instantly impressed! So easy to set up and leaves my house smelling amazing all the time! Now looking at purchasing some more oils to add to the collection!

Lovely diffuser and lovely scents. More than happy with the scent choices I made when ordering. My only gripe is I'd prefer a long time between sprays, every 180 seconds being the longest. If the time between sprays isn't to be extended then I'd like more modes, maybe increased to 12 on the app, so you can time it for shorter periods over the day.
I absolutely love these products. I now have 2 ZenPlugs, a LumaMax and a ZenDuo. I love that I can manage them all on ann app and the scents are amazing. My favourite so far are the CultSkin, Golden Dunes and Noir Oud. Also the Deeper Sleep that I use in the ZenDuo so we have both a day and a night scent in the bedroom. Highly recommend
