Completely unaware that I’d signed up to a subscription and now have a duplicate bottle of a fragrance I wasn’t that fond of. Not very happy.

Store owner replied: Hi Suzanne, Thank you for taking the time to write. It’s Ban here the founder, I wanted to reply personally. I’m sorry the second bottle came as a surprise. When you ordered Your Way it was on our subscribe and save plan, which is what gave you the 20% off, and it’s set out on your order confirmation as an 8 week subscription. We also send a reminder two days before each renewal, which went out to you on 26 August. You then cancelled it yourself through your account on 28 August, so nothing further will now be taken. I’d never want anyone to feel caught out, so if the bottle is unopened, I’ll send you a prepaid return label and refund you in full as soon as it’s back with us. Let me know x

Fed up of buying reed diffusers that didn’t last or were not strong enough, we decided to give this a go. We love the aroma in the One Hotels and bought Your Way. We loved the effect so much, we bought two more diffusers and love the way our house smells. Like some others, I have found the app a bit confusing, but think all’s good now.
