I purchased this beauty after I bought to zen plugs . I realised that my living area was way to big for just the zen plug . So I decided to purchase this lumamax, was I disappointed maybe a little bit but only for a slight minor thing, which ban the owner took time out to call me personally. After a good conversation we resolved the problem and it made a big difference. Yes it was expensive but I love to purchase things that make me happy. Thank you ban for such a great product also a lovely free gift and a mystery gift. Here's to more purchases off of you.. a very happy customer

Disappointed the system shuts off completely after a certain number of hours.
Would have preferred a timer that switches back on.
Invariably, I forget to turn the unit on.

It’s unusual scents are very nice people comment when they come as to how lovely the house smells
This company is the real deal. They resolved an issue really quick and were super responsive. The machine works great and very well priced. Would not hesitate to recommend given the high level of service and products supplied.
Absolutely loving my scent by magnificent, I often get lots of compliments in my new house, love it, i refer friends to the website all the time and know exactly what I’m buying my mum and mother in law for Christmas :)
Had a couple of issues but completely user error and the owner contacted me directly and talked me through it. Exceptional service …note to self read the instructions 😃 love it and have ordered a second for upstairs

the mini diffuser is great the mist out of it is unbelievable I also bought the zen plug in and I highly recommend plus the nova mist diffuser is excellentgreat buy my house smells amazing

This is a great wee diffuser, doesn’t take long to charge, and love that it’s portable to move around the house, I have the big one as well which yes is much more powerful, but I find this more than enough at the moment especially as you are able to move around, my experience overall was good, fast delivery in around 2-3 days , only downside was in my package I didn’t receive my mystery gift 🎁
It is lovely to look at, and I love that it’s portable, so I can move it around my clinic, it does seem to use quite a bit of oil, but I’m still getting to grips with it, so will wait and see. Overall I’m happy with product and company etc, delivery was I think around 2 days, which was great as I couldn’t wait to try it, only gripe I have is I didn’t receive my mystery gift, which I was a little disappointed about
Great little device, speads the fragrance far and wide. Only tried the Elegant Retreat so far but love it and definitely reminds me of the 5* hotel we stayed at in London. Going to order the stand alone atomizer and a couple more plug in for the rest of house!
So I’ve been trying to find something like this that really last longer than a day.
It was a bit pricey for me but thought if you don’t try you’ll never know.
Omg it’s absolutely amazing the smell is amazing. My husband said the house smells beautiful he offered to buy another for our lodge. I’d give this an easy 10 out of 10 xxx

I love my new fragrances but am disappointed that I ordered the 500ml of the original one I purchased as it is nowhere near as strong (in my opinion)
It's only when I have tried the new 3 fragrances that I can see how much stronger they are

Only delivered an hour ago. I like the look of the diffuser. I would change the colour of the night light (it is orange).
The diffuser is a bit noisy in the phase when it produces scent.
Connected easily via Bluetooth and an App.
I’m very much at experimental stage but happy so far
