Didn’t even realise there was an app to control for these diffusers makes them even better. The subtle night light when it gets dark has added an extra cosy touch too.
Such a great item for home scent. The smell spreads throughout the whole house & the app to set how much scent is dispersed makes it so customizable. So easy to use without water or fuss.
My father-in-law recommended these products and they have not disappointed. I have since shared with my mum who has gone onto order her own!
Love that the diffuser is programmable via the app. The oil I’ve tried smells like a lovely spa and fills the hall and stairs with fragrance. The diffuser arrived quickly and safely. I’m looking forward to trying the other fragrances and I was so pleased with this diffuser I ended up making another purchase, the luma max, which arrived today and it’s superb!

Bought one Zenplug for hallway and then another purchase of a further two for landing and kitchen - house smells fab!!! Love the fact I don’t have to recharge like I do the two other lovely diffusers from other Brands, that’s just a pain and this takes that away!!

Absolutely love this ‘plug in’ cold air diffuser. It gives off a much stronger smell than my water diffusers and so much easier not having to recharge! Brilliant, I think the ‘Tower’ will be next!

Love the diffuser easy to program night light is excellent it is a little noisy when dispersing mist but you soon forget about it.

I absolutely love my ZenPlug diffuser! It looks stylish, is so easy to use, and I love that it’s waterless — no mess and no need to constantly refill it. The scent is beautiful and fills the room perfectly without being overpowering. It’s such a simple way to make the home feel fresh and inviting. Highly recommend this product!
Only thing I would say is the Bluetooth setting mode doesn’t work unless you are on app So it means you have to use their settings On for 15sec off for 180secs is the longest setting so literally used one bottle in three days

love it. It does give the buzzing sound. The only thing is a little gap about few mils. may be the heaviness of the product but it is not end of the world! Other than that good to have.
Great experience products are great quality although the oils are a bit pricey.

Does not stay connected to the app which doesn’t stop it working. There is background noise from this but the scent quality diffused is very good
I purchased two of the zen diffusers after recommendation from my daughter. I love the fact you can set them up to run via bluetooth so now when i come in the house smells lovely. Previously i used ones you had to charge via usb and they were always running out just when i wanted to use them. The fact that these are plugged in and never need charging is a game changer. I have tried two different fragrances so far so still looking for my favourite. Definately my best buy so far this year, highly recommend

I love the smells from the hotel oils I’m just having issues with my Zenplug which is annoying. I can’t connect via Bluetooth to it and when I have it on manual I’m having to unplug it, put it back in and switch the plug on to make it work the next day. Does it not remember my settings and come on again the next day? Also why can’t I switch my socket off and on to make it work, I have to switch the socket off, take it out the socket, plug it back in and the turn it on again???
The Zen plug really is excellent. I bought two after googling home scent and having a brief interaction with Ban on Facebook. They give out a really strong scent and I don’t think they emphasise just how customisable they are. You can set them to exactly how you want, I turned the light off on mine and set the duration just for a few seconds and the interval to every 5 minutes between 9am and 10pm, which is perfect for my garden room. I live in a Victorian town house and it wafts through the whole ground floor. I bought a bit blind but I’m really pleased with them. They’re also really well presented. I just need to find the right scent for my home now! PS: no idea what the little rubber thing is for in the box?!

My very First Purchase and fell in Love instantly! Got this at the top of my stairs and my whole upstairs and downstairs hall smell Amazing! I love that this can be controlled by the Bluetooth App where you can set timers and adjust the strngth of the scent. Absolutely Love all the oils and its difficult to choose a Favourite as they are all Amazing! Already purchased the Zen Duo now too as well as more oils. Definitely my GoTo Company for Diffusers/Oils
Good product and seems to work well, Wish it personally was abit more aesthetic as it’s abit large and plasticy compared to some of the other items and the weight pulls it out the plug, the oil bottle is huge compared to the oil bottle you put in so smaller oil bottle maybe could make a smaller machine
