The oils smell amazing and the fragrances are really nice. They fill the room beautifully. My only disappointment is the price compared to the amount you receive. When I compared them with brands like Rituals and The White Company, you get much larger refill bottles for the same price or even less. That makes it difficult to justify repurchasing. If the refill oils were priced more competitively, I’d be much more inclined to buy from Magnifiscent again without looking at other brands. The products themselves are lovely, but the value for money just isn’t quite there at the moment.

Now the tough one which is respond to the comment about value - I was surprised to see that you felt our refills were not competitive as we have always tried our best to keep a fine balance between high quality and price but sometimes the market adjusts. Upon doing research I think I have found what you were referring to, and I need to point this out as you may end up damaging your diffuser. We sell only pure undiluted fragrance oils used for waterless diffusers, we don't sell oils to be used in other diffusers unlike the other brands you mentioned. Rituals sell multiple products such as oils for fragrance sticks, reed diffusers, car diffusers etc. The product which is most similar to our oils is: https://www.rituals.com/en-gb/the-ritual-of-hammam-refill-perfume-diffuser-30ml-1119325.html - this is £42.90 for 30ml. We sell 50ml for £39.99 so we offer more for less! I think the product you are comparing to is their reed diffuser refills. They must NOT be used with our diffusers as they contain ingredients which will clog the internals. Reed diffuser refills are usually quite cheap as they contain fragrance oil and ingredients to dilute them so they get absorbed by the fragrance sticks. The white company - the same applies here. The only fragrance oil that is pure that they sell is this one here: https://www.thewhitecompany.com/uk/Seychelles-Fragrance-Oil/p/SYDFO?swatch=No%20Colour 15ml for £15. Which would not work in our diffusers (as you need at least 20ml really). They of course sell reed diffuser refills which seem like good value but will kill a waterless diffuser. I'm hoping I have prevented you from damaging the diffusers by using a none compatible oil (reed refill), but also it has given us a great idea on helping customers understand what can be used and what can't so will use this for inspiration for our next email on tips and tricks! Of course if you have found fragrance oil from those mentioned above or other premium brands which are much more competitive, please let me know - one final thing, you can save 20% by subscribing to an oil and can swap your oil before your next delivery (which means you are not tied to one oil forever!). Firstly I have had super customer service from Magnifiscent. Every question asked has been answered quickly and with a super level of knowledge. The diffusers are attractive and relatively quiet. My lounge, hallway and kitchen have wonderful enchanting and inviting aromas. Having had previous oil defusers that you have to turn on and off and only take a few drops of oil, it was great to have a diffuser that you can set the time to diffuse oil, on and off and to be able to adjust the amount of diffusion that you need. I am over all super happy with my purchases. If a have one concern it is how long the oils last. My diffusers are only on for a maximum of 8 hours a day, 5 secs on and 240secs off and 20ml is not lasting a month. I’m I doing something wrong? As said I am really pleased with the diffusers butt am concerned regarding long term use and cost.

Absolutely love the Zenplug but feel the 20ml bottles of oil aren’t big enough. I also got two 10ml bottles, I have used 10ml in 3 days. So the oil doesn’t last very long. I love it though, I have just ordered 500ml bottle of oil, let’s see how long that will last.

Lovely smell delicate and light
I absolutely love these products. I now have 2 ZenPlugs, a LumaMax and a ZenDuo. I love that I can manage them all on ann app and the scents are amazing. My favourite so far are the CultSkin, Golden Dunes and Noir Oud. Also the Deeper Sleep that I use in the ZenDuo so we have both a day and a night scent in the bedroom. Highly recommend
