Getting started with your NovaMist

Welcome, and thank you for choosing NovaMist. This page walks you through setting up your diffuser, keeping it running beautifully, and getting help if you ever need it. Video guides are on the way and will appear here shortly.

Quick start

NovaMist is a waterless diffuser. It runs on neat fragrance oil, so there is no need to add water at any point.

1. Unbox your NovaMist and stand it upright on a flat, stable surface.
2. Open the tank and add your Magnifiscent fragrance oil directly into it. No water needed.
3. Power the unit on and use the remote control to start misting.
4. Adjust the intensity and timing on the remote until the scent level feels right for your room.

Caring for your NovaMist

• Always keep the unit upright so oil cannot escape.
• Clean the atomiser pipe from time to time to keep the mist strong and even. Guide below.
• Replace the atomiser pipe if misting weakens and cleaning no longer restores it. Guide below.

Remote control

Your NovaMist is operated by remote. If the remote stops responding, the battery most likely needs replacing. A short guide covering the correct battery type and how to fit it will be added here.

Troubleshooting

• No mist: check the unit is powered on, the tank has oil, and the atomiser pipe is clean and seated correctly.
• Weak mist: the atomiser pipe usually needs cleaning or replacing.
• Remote not responding: fit a fresh battery.
