Support

Changed your mind? You may return unused diffusers and sealed oils within 30 days of purchase. Oils that have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If a diffuser has been opened or used, it can only be returned under our warranty if a genuine fault is confirmed. For non-faulty used diffusers returned under change-of-mind, a cleaning and refurbishment fee will apply. You can view the full details in our Returns Policy

Send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll replace or refund it - fast and hassle-free.

If it’s a change-of-mind return, yes. If it’s our error or a fault, we’ll cover return costs.

Yes all our diffusers come with a 12-month warranty. If there’s an issue, we’ll repair or replace it hassle-free. All you have to do is provide supported documentation (video with images) and we will take it from there!

Our units have anti-leak designs, but we recommend removing the oil bottle if transporting your diffuser long distances or tilting it.

Check that the oil bottle is fully tightened, the battery is charged (or plugged in for ZenPlug), and clean the nozzle with alcohol. If issues persist, contact us.

Yes - non-compatible oils may clog or strain the atomiser. Stick with our oils for best results.

Product

All our diffusers are waterless. Some are also wireless: ZenPlug is plug-in only. ZenDuo, MistMini, ScentFlow, LumaMist and LumaMax are rechargeable and wireless.

We recommend using our own oils. They’re tested for purity, safety, and performance. Using other oils may clog the atomiser or affect function.

Yes. Our diffusers are safe to run overnight or while you’re away. Use eco or scheduling mode to conserve oil while maintaining scent.

Yes. Just remove the bottle, clean the nozzle with alcohol (optional), and insert a new oil. You can change scent anytime.

Definitely not! Adding water to our oils will not mix — oil and water don’t combine. Instead, it will separate inside the bottle and can be pulled into the diffuser’s atomiser, which is designed only for pure oils. This can damage the internal components, cause clogging, and may permanently ruin the diffuser.

Our diffusers are waterless by design - they deliver undiluted, high-performance scent. Please never add water as this will void your warranty.

Yes and fast. ZenPlug, ZenDuo, LumaMist and LumaMax are made for open-plan areas and larger rooms. Customers often report noticing the scent within 30 seconds of turning it on.

Water-based diffusers dilute scent and need frequent refilling as well as cleaning to stop mould forming. Ours are waterless, spill-proof, and produce pure undiluted fragrance - no topping up, no hassle.

Not always, but if you're switching to a very different scent, a quick nozzle clean with rubbing alcohol is ideal for a clean transition. It's good practice to just run some alcohol cleaning solution once every month.

Oils

Depends on the diffuser and settings. A rough indication on usage of a few hours a day:

ZenPlug, ZenDuo, LumaMist, LumaMax: 50ml = 8-12 weeks (2-3 months)MistMini, ScentFlow: 10ml = 4-8 weeks

Diffusers like ZenPlug and LumaMist have a stronger output for large rooms. More power = more scent = more oil used. Smaller units like MistMini last longer on the same volume.

It depends on settings. Use interval or eco mode to stretch your oils. For example, MistMini can run for 4–6 weeks on 10ml. ZenPlug uses more but covers much bigger areas fast. You can however customise your schedule to have more scent thrown during peak periods and reduce the scent output during times where there is little movement to conserve oil. It's all about testing and finding what works for you.

Some of our bundles, like the ZenPlug + 1 Oil Starter Kit, include a 20ml bottle - but 20ml is not available for individual sale.We use 20ml bottles exclusively within certain bundles to offer the perfect amount for trying a scent with your new diffuser. For individual purchase, we offer 10ml, 50ml, and 150ml bottles so you can stock up on your favourites.

No. Our oils are undiluted and designed for pure cold-air diffusion. That’s why they’re long-lasting and strong.

Yes. Our oils are pure and undiluted, designed specifically for cold-air diffusion. We don’t add carrier oils, water, or fillers - just concentrated fragrance blends crafted to deliver strong, long-lasting scent. Every formula is IFRA-compliant, vegan, and cruelty-free.

While it’s not common, some customers do enjoy experimenting with scent layering. If you’d like to try it, we recommend blending only a small amount first to test the result - some combinations work beautifully, others might clash. Our oils are highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

No our diffusers use a dry micro-mist that disperses into the air without leaving residue or marks. As with any scented product, we recommend placing your diffuser on a stable surface away from delicate materials, but staining is extremely unlikely.

Safety

Yes, our oils are carefully formulated to be safe for home use, including households with pets. Our founder Ban has two beloved sausage dogs, so ensuring pet safety was a priority from day one. That said, just like people, every pet is different. Some may be more sensitive to scent than others, especially smaller animals or those with respiratory conditions.

We recommend using your diffuser in a well-ventilated space and observing your pet’s behaviour, especially when trying a new scent. If your pet ever seems unsettled or shows changes in behaviour, it’s best to pause use and consult your vet for tailored advice.

Your pet’s wellbeing means a lot to us and we always encourage pet owners to trust their instincts and put their furry friend’s comfort first.

Babies and young children can be more sensitive to fragrance, so extra care is always advised. We recommend diffusing at a low intensity, in well-ventilated spaces, and keeping all diffusers well out of reach.

If you're specifically scenting a nursery or baby’s room, it’s best to use gentle, pure essential oils in moderation. When in doubt, consult your paediatrician or healthcare provider for personalised advice.

No you can control the output. From a subtle background aroma to a bold room-filling fragrance, it's up to you.

The Skeptic's Corner

We get it. But no - this isn’t just a rebranded device. Our diffusers use cold-air nebulisation (same tech luxury hotels use), not basic ultrasonic misting. And our oils are undiluted and custom formulated - no filler, no water, just performance.

Because they’re built better, perform stronger, and last longer. We don’t use water dilution or ultrasonic misting like many cheap USB-powered diffusers. Our cold-air atomisation is commercial-grade - designed to scent real spaces properly, not just look good on a shelf.

No. Our diffusers are custom-configured, tested, and styled with real-world performance in mind. Our oils are hand-poured in the UK, and we fulfil orders ourselves. We’re not a dropshipping brand - we’re fragrance-obsessed and in it for the long run.

Yes - all reviews are from verified customers. We don’t buy them or edit them. You can check our Instagram to see live customer reactions too.

Scent is subjective. That’s why we offer Discovery Sets and Sample Oil Sets to help you sample before committing to larger bottles. If something smells off or arrives damaged, we’ll sort it.

You can but we don’t recommend it. Our oils are calibrated for performance and safety. Other oils can clog the atomiser or damage the diffuser over time if they are too thick or contain impurities.

She’s very real. Ban is our founder, scent-obsessed mum of three, and chief diffuser snob. She hand-pours oils, tests every product herself, and refuses to launch anything that isn’t genuinely magnifiscent. Definitely not a bot  although she does run on caffeine and scented air!
